JET 1997 DT campaign produced 16.1 MW fusion power. Keilhacker et al., Nuclear Fusion 1999: transient Q_in = P_DT / P_in of 0.62-0.67. Different definition from NIF target gain. JET DTE3 (2023) set a 69 MJ energy record at Q_sci about 0.37 — not a higher Q.
