Maeda, Tanaka, Fukutomi, Asano, Jpn. J. Appl. Phys. 27, L209 (1988): new Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O compound with a superconducting onset near 120 K and a bulk 110 K phase later identified as Bi-2223.
