Maeda, Tanaka, Fukutomi, Asano, Jpn. J. Appl. Phys. 27, L209 (1988): new Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O compound with a superconducting onset near 120 K and a bulk 110 K phase later identified as Bi-2223. The 110 K figure is the long-replicated ambient-pressure Tc of the 2223 phase used in silver-sheathed tapes.Rank 08 of 8
